Pyclome is absorbed by the pests orally/dermally. It binds to the acetylcholine (ACh) receptor at the synapse. Acting as an agonist of ACh, it rapidly shows toxic/insecticidal activity.

500-600 ml per acre. Recommended dose of Pyclome can be mixed with 200 litres of water per acre and sprayed during cooler hours of the day.
